The PdR Social Club sponsors the Newsette for the residents of PdR.

Well, why did that chicken cross the road anyway? The answer may be in this issue of the Newsette. Check out the new Web site for the PdR Social Club. It's quite professional and will include many photos from our events. The Internet address is noted at the bottom of this page. Many thanks to David Melby for doing such a great job. He's open to ideas on what you'd like to see included in the future. Look for the Newsette there as well. Not much going on right now, so this issue is a little sparse. Happy August birthday to our Social Club President, Lulu Steiger.

Dear Plaza del Rey Residents:

Dear Plaza del Rey Residents:
We want to thank our residents for their beautiful yards. We truly appreciate your efforts for making the Park look so... nice.
OUR HATS GO OFF to Jan Souza and her volunteers for kicking off the 4th of July with the heart warming and fabulous raising of the flag, the poems, all of our veterans, and the singing from Michael Young and his fellow chorus members.
We would also like to thank Michelle Golder for the fun and festive children's parade.

We have again gotten complaints from residents about cigarette butts being thrown into the streets and gutters. This is very discouraging; please dispose of your cigarette butts in the proper place.

Persons visiting residents at PdR are not permitted to bring their motorcycles within the Park.

Also, a friendly reminder to all that motorcycles must be approved by Management.

Have you noticed how much brighter our streets are since we have installed all new lighting throughout the Park.

Also, please notice that we have done street work this year. We will continue to stripe the streets as well so that our community will look clean and fresh.
